Key details: Senior Reward ManagerBase salary: £90K - £100KHome basedRole purpose:The Compensation & Benefits Manager role is to educate, develop and improve the reward, compensation and benefits offering across the EMEA region in line with the organisations reward philosophy. The role involves key interaction with stakeholders across the region. Principal Accountabilities: Work with the HR leads in each country to continually audit their global grades to ensure consistency and that HR practices are compliant with country government legislation and policies/standards. Work with Towers Watson to create a process of sharing information and the completion of survey returns for EMEA as required. Source external data related to the economy in EMEA countries and source global salary planning data from Towers. Update Country Pay Tables on a yearly basis. Train local HR departments in the principles of global grading, pay tables and compa-ratios, benchmarking and ensure access to global grading tools, comp tools where relevant. Create the process for on-going grading reviews with business and HR, Work with the US Reward department to ensure alignment in global grading. Validate job profiles that are being requested to be added into workday to ensure they have grades and are not already in the system. Build strategic partnerships between Human Resources department and other functional areas. Deeper Benchmarking of new and existing roles where required for HRD’s & HR leads. Co-ordinate and oversee the annual pay review and bonus processes for EMEA regions. Interacting with various stakeholders (Finance, HR Country Leads, US Reward, regional business leads, HR Directors) and ensuring that accruals, balance with the bonus pools and payouts. Audit the global HR System Workday to add data in, improve dashboards and develop the system to support compensation processes. Knowledge & Experience: Extensive Reward experience. Knowledge of global grading systems, Towers Watson or Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation. Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing reward projects. Sound technical ability (Microsoft Office packages; including Visio). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (lookup’s, calculations, pivot tables, graphs etc). Workday experience or experience on an equivalent HR system that has embedded processes. Proven experience with leading and managing change within a mid-sized international organisation is an asset. Experience in mapping HR processes for HR systems and working to continually develop a new HR system. Experience of using external reward data to reach conclusions and inform decisions on pay and benefits.  Strong interpersonal skills and able to adapt interaction approach to build effective relationships. Compensation and Benefits Advisor Maternity Cover – 13 Month FTC London   Are you available for your next role?  Keen to support key reward agenda in a busy, global firm? Interested in a wide range of reward responsibilities, from wellbeing to compensation? We are currently supporting a collegial and diverse firm who are looking for an Advisor to join them on a fixed term basis, for a period of maternity.  This is a broad reward role supporting key org agenda. You’ll be working with the Benefits & wellbeing Manager, as well as the Global Compensation Manager and HR leads across different departments. You’ll be supporting the administration an operation of all employee benefit and pension programmes, salary and bonus reviews, as well as acting as the first point of call for all benefits queries. Role responsibilities include:  The first point of contact for all employee benefit queries and responsible for all employee benefits administration. Support the Global Compensation Manager in the delivery of salary reviews and bonus programmes for all employees in the London office including salary benchmarking. Assists with the reconciliation of HR database with salary and bonus review master files for payroll. Assists with the creation of pay and bonus review letters ensuring data accuracy is maintained. Maintain the firm’s benefits portal. Co-ordinates the annual updates to the annual employee and partner benefit booklets. Liaise with the pension plan administrators as required and respond to member queries. Produce, check and upload monthly pension contributions on provider membersite. Coordinate external compensation and benefits survey participation. Assist the Global Compensation Manager with annual gender pay gap reporting. Review and maintain the London Benefit and Wellbeing pages on the intranet. Manage and lead the annual Practising Certificate renewal cycle. Assist the wider HR team with admin on an ad-hoc basis. Required experience: Previous experience of administering benefits within a HR or reward team Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Excellent numerical skills Discrete and able to maintain the strictest confidentiality in connection with personal data, analysis, and reports. Are you keen to join a fast paced, large, and complex organisation? Interested in getting involved in a large scale, transformation project, as well as key business as usual activity?   Enjoy working with large sets of data and a strong ability with Excel?   We’re looking for Reward Analyst to join a busy team, initially on a 12 Month FTC. This is a really broad role, where you’ll be working with an established and experiences reward team to deliver key BAU processes and activities such as annual pay reviews across different pay frameworks, pay planning and pay structure maintenance, remuneration committee paper development, strategic pay audits and pay gap reporting. The role also assists Benefits Management and Recognition processes requiring liaison directly with our external providers as well as market comparison, research and data analysis related to internal frameworks. A critical part of the role is the management and manipulation of large data sets (normally in MS Excel) that enable various Reward processes and activities to be undertaken. What you’ll be doing: Conduct remuneration benchmarking and provision of in-depth analysis of external market data, drawing comparisons with internal base pay and total remuneration. Benchmark, research and investigate through pay surveys and participation in external Reward forums, analysing and evaluating internal and external information. Support the development of pay structures through the analysis of external market data to recommend pay range values and structure design. Provide clear, relevant analytical data to support the delivery of strategic pay audit reports and our pay gap reporting Design, develop, implement and maintain a reward dashboard. Support the delivery of the annual Chief Officer and Director pay benchmarking exercise Design individual remuneration packages and variable pay schemes. Support the development of remuneration committee papers Support our benefits management processes Support the day to day management of Recognition frameworks   Required experience: Experience with reward or compensation, ideally from a complex environment, Ability to work with large sets of data, and strong excel skills, Experience with Willis Towers Watson, Experience with gender pay gap reporting, Power BI, and SAP experience would be a bonus.
