With more than 30 years direct recruitment experience, they met and worked as business leaders in one of the UK’s largest recruitment organisations. I joined Williams Kent in May 2016 and was immediately made to feel a part of the team. I had recently graduated in Events and Marketing and decided to move to London to find work. I was delighted to be appointed to Williams Kent as the Social Media and Marketing Executive. Both directors have been very supportive and are always offering help and advice. They were also not afraid to throw me in to the deep end and gave me ownership of our social media, control over the new website and company rebrand. I could not be in a better place, with a lot of responsibility given to me from day one, whilst working in a cheerful and humorous office environment, there's never a boring day at work.
I joined Williams Kent in the summer of 2016 (2 days before we flew to Ibiza for the incentive trip!) after working in Australia for 2 years. As a recruiter with 4 years’ experience it was really important for me to find somewhere where I would have the right mix of autonomy and support as well as the ability to be involved and input my ideas in to the business, all of which are true at Williams Kent. I really enjoy working as a team with everyone here and definitely made the right choice in joining!
