I don’t usually work with exclusive agency remits – all eggs in one basket etc, but I think I am now converted! The benefits I saw were that you knew that we would be dealing only with yourself and as such all effort generated was towards a common goal, this felt much more like a partnership arrangement rather than the ’normal’ agency ‘ relationship’ that I have worked with previously and I much preferred it.
